Depending on your needs and the services you’re looking for, we’ll decide on a schedule and time-frame that makes sense for you. Weekly meetings are generally most effective when starting in-depth therapy, while every-other-week sessions can work well for coaching. Screening services usually last 1-2 sessions, though longer-term support is available as needed.
