Personalized support, education & solutions for parents in Seattle and beyond
is your child’s adhd running the show?
Maybe their big emotions erupted again and brought the family’s plans to a standstill. You might be struggling with morning routines, evening routines, after-school routines…and all of your interactions are feeling like a battle. Maybe you’re worn out, confused, frustrated, and just wish the daily stuff wasn’t so hard.
ADHD can begin to impact every area of life…
-
School
Your child is really bright but is starting to struggle as the demands of school and homework increase. The difference between them and their peers suddenly seems to be increasing. You’ve heard about accommodations, 504 plans and IEPs but don’t know where to start.
-
Home
Home life is contentious - nothing seems to motivate them toward homework, chores, or a better attitude, and the trending parenting tips don’t seem to work. You might find more conflict than connection, which is never how you wanted this to go.
-
relationships
You might be feeling worried about how your child’s interacting with other kids. Maybe they seem depressed, anxious, or struggling to connect. It can be hard for people to see beyond their behavior to the great kid underneath.
it may feel impossible now…
…but you can find some peace and learn how to confidently parent this amazing kid.
You can find solutions that stick.

Parent coaching sessions are 50-minute, lightly structured virtual meetings that will start with some questions and assessment so I can get to know your family and your needs, then we’ll decide on goals and priorities together. We’ll spend some time talking about ADHD, learning some neurodivergent parenting principles, and coming up with some simple plans you can put into action right away.
-
The rate for each 50-minute parent coaching session is $150. I’m an out-of-network (OON) provider with insurance, but am well aware of how tight finances can be. That’s why I work really hard to make every session as helpful as possible, so you can see the biggest changes possible with minimal financial impact. Also, I’m happy to provide superbills you can submit to your insurance.

The minimum number of sessions I recommend is 3, but we can meet for as long as you want!
During the first session, we’ll get to know each other, do some assessment to figure out where to focus our time and start working through some of the essential ADHD essential principles that are likely to have the quickest and biggest impact right away.
The second session is for crafting some custom solutions by applying those principles in ways that are likely to work for your family.
During the third session, you’ll let me know how things are going and we’ll revise plans and create new ones as needed!
As you’re working to integrate new principles, habits, and information, it can be nice to be able to count on follow-up support and ask questions beyond these three sessions. We can schedule as regularly as needed until you feel like you’re on your feet and thriving.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation if you want to talk through some questions and make a plan together.

I’ve been there! Maybe you’ve been putting some pieces together and think an ADHD diagnosis - or something similar - might make a lot of sense, but aren’t ready for a full assessment or are waiting (such a long wait!) for your child’s appointment.
I’m happy to offer resources that can help you assess things yourself with a little more confidence and talk through options for children’s ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment (this is a wild world, and it can help to have a guide!) And we can work out some actionable steps you can take, both for yourself and your child, for more peace and calm regardless of a diagnosis.
